Tunnel Sad Ariana Company intends to award the execution of the steel bridge deck SCC V05, as part of the construction project of Section 4 (Kajaran-Agarak) located in the southern region of Armenia, through a one-stage public tender No. T-00C-403-012 dated 18/11/1403. The tender covers the "execution of construction operations, assembly, sandblasting, painting, transportation, and installation as specified in the contract for Bridge SCC V05," in accordance with the conditions outlined below, to eligible legal entities.

Tender Announcement

Subject of the Tender:
Execution of construction operations, assembly, sandblasting, painting, transportation, and installation as specified in the contract for Bridge SCC V05.

Tendering Entity:
Tunnel Sad Ariana Company (and its Armenia branch).

Scope of Work:
The scope includes the execution of all required operations, including:

• Receiving necessary materials;
• Preparing cutting sheets and shop (execution) drawings;
• Defining execution methods, quality control procedures, and project scheduling;
• Obtaining approval of these documents from the employer and the main project consultant;
• Manufacturing in accordance with shop drawings and technical specifications;
• Conducting all required tests as per technical specifications and approved quality control procedures;
• Performing pre-assembly operations and rectifying potential errors;
• Transporting materials and components to the installation site located between Meghri and Kajaran in Armenia;
• Installing and assembling all steel deck components based on the project schedule;
• Obtaining final approval from the employer and the main project consultant.

Bid Security:
The bid security amount is 47,204,800,000 IRR (Forty-seven billion two hundred four million eight hundred thousand Iranian Rials) in the form of a bank guarantee.

Project Duration:
207 calendar days.

Bidders must submit their proposals in sealed and stamped envelopes, in accordance with Clause 2 of the Tender Instructions, no later than 15:00 on Saturday, 04/12/1403 (Persian Calendar) at the Central Office of Tunnel Sad Ariana Company, located at:

Bid Opening Date:
